The deprecated Zoom plugin for Microsoft Outlook is not compatible with both Apple macOS Catalina 10.15 and Microsoft Office ProPlus. The following steps will remove the Zoom plug-in and install the Zoom for Outlook Add-in. Microsoft Windows 10, macOS Catalina 10.15 Uninstall Zoom Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook Close the Microsoft Outlook application.Find Zoom Outlook Plugin in the list of apps, click the application, then Uninstall and follow the on-screen prompts.Close the Microsoft Outlook application.Open the Uninstall application and follow the on-screen prompts.Install Zoom for Outlook Add-in via the Microsoft Outlook desktop client: The Zoom for Outlook Add-in for Microsoft Outlook replaces the Zoom plug-in.Open the Microsoft Outlook application.Within the Home ribbon, click Get Add-Ins (or Store on some older versions of Outlook).When prompted, type in your Ithaca College email address and password.Install Zoom for Outlook Add-in for Microsoft Outlook on the web. If prompted, type in your Ithaca College email address and password.
